Executive transformation

Theme 3 · Transformation, Innovation & Leadership

Adoption fails at the top before it fails at the desk. Theme 3 equips the people who decide: the executive who arbitrates AI investment, the PMO that delivers with it, the change leader who has to make it stick.

Who this theme is for

Book it if

  • Your team already uses AI tools and the output is inconsistent
  • Someone has to sign the result, so the method has to survive review
  • You want one process measurably better inside a quarter

Skip it if

  • You need a platform decision, a vendor shortlist or a licence negotiation
  • The gap is headcount, not method
  • The room expects a motivational talk about AI

3.1 · Executive AI & Agentic AI Literacy

Management committee. Boardroom format, maximum 10 participants

What the room learns

  • Distinguish the four maturity levels: tool, assistant, agent, orchestration
  • Score the ROI of a use case in 10 minutes
  • Set five safeguards: data, compliance, reputation, dependency, skills
  • Tell the difference between a real capability and marketing

How the session runs

  1. 1What is mature and what is a claim
  2. 2Live multi-agent demonstration
  3. 3ROI and risk scoring of six use cases of your own
  4. 4Why so many deployments fail on the human side
  5. 5Three priority decisions before the room leaves
What you leave with
  • Impact and effort heat map
  • ROI evaluation framework
  • Governance principles

3.2 · AI-Powered Project Management & Organisational Analytics

PMO, programme managers, transformation leads

What the room learns

  • Draft charters and business cases with AI in half the time
  • Move a RAID log from static to predictive
  • Measure adoption of the target operating model, not hoped for it
  • See who really talks to whom in your organisation

How the session runs

  1. 1Where projects lose their time
  2. 2Assisted business-case workshop
  3. 3Predictive RAID log build
  4. 4Organisational Network Analysis mapping
  5. 5Personal action plans
What you leave with
  • An enriched business case
  • Dynamic RAID template
  • ONA approach for your live programme

3.3 · Innovation, Problem Solving & Design Thinking with AI

Innovation, product, and any team asked for new ideas

What the room learns

  • Reframe a fuzzy business problem into an actionable brief
  • Multiply the volume of ideas without losing judgement
  • Prototype a concept in one hour, with no code
  • Select the use cases that actually carry impact

How the session runs

  1. 1Where AI accelerates Design Thinking, and where it betrays it
  2. 2AI-assisted reframing of the user problem
  3. 3Mass ideation and impact selection
  4. 4No-code prototyping
  5. 5Pitch and vote
What you leave with
  • One or two prototyped concepts
  • High-impact use case shortlist
  • A method you can run again

What this theme becomes on your desk

The syllabus of these three modules comes from the catalogue and does not move. What moves is what the room works on: your incident log, your 100-page report, your dashboard, chosen with you on the 30-minute call. No client is named.

A management committee that cannot rank its AI investments

Modules 3.1 and 3.3. Six real use cases scored for return and risk, five safeguards set, and three decisions written down before anyone leaves the boardroom.

Booking this theme

Option A

Standalone Workshop

The 3h20 workshop, interactive, 10 to 12 participants, on site, with use cases from your sector. Nothing to prepare beforehand.

Option B

Rapid Assessment + Customised Workshop

Two or three days with your processes first, then the workshop with every exercise built on your own documents and workflows.

Option C

Customised Workshop + Video LMS

Everything in option B, plus a 3 to 5 minute micro-learning capsule delivered into your LMS, so the method is still there when the next joiner arrives.

Every module is quoted on request. One 30-minute call, then a written number the same day, with the date held. Larger cohorts, multi-module programmes and Singapore deliveries included.

The person in the room

Every module was designed and delivered by David Daoud, the person who will stand in your room.

22 years before AI training

Transformation and change programmes in tier-1 investment banking across Asia Pacific: HSBC, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole.

The HSBC mandate

One of the first AI ambassadors appointed for the region. Helped build the upskilling programme behind it, aligning more than 10,000 staff across 10 regulatory jurisdictions.

How a module ends

With an artefact your participants built in the room, on your own documents. Not a certificate, and not slides.

Most recent session

Instructor-led AI training for banking teams in Hong Kong, delivered in June 2026 at a French corporate and investment bank.

Next step

One 30-minute call is enough to say which module fits your room, and whether you need the assessment first. Past sessions are on the YouTube channel if you would rather judge the teaching before you book anything.
