What you get

What it is

From Vision to Execution: Bridging AI Investments with Workforce Capabilities, by David Daoud, eLearn2grow.

What it says

In 2026, your competitive edge is not the software you buy. It is the speed at which your workforce masters AI co-working. The guide is built on that sentence. So is this catalogue.

How to get it

The download page on elearn2grow.com. Your details, then the file, and no messages afterwards unless you ask.

Who it is for

Read it if

  • You have AI spend approved and no plan for the people who have to absorb it
  • You sit on the side that signs off training budgets or runs the programme office
  • You want to see how I write before you spend thirty minutes on a call

Skip it if

  • You are comparing AI platforms or licence prices
  • You need a framework your auditors will accept as evidence
  • You wanted the workshop artefacts: those are built inside a session, not sent as files

What you do with it

The guide is for the person who has to decide: what to fund, what to train, and in which order. The training itself is the nine modules. Each one ends with work your team builds in the room, on your live documents: a prompt library in your own wording, a rewritten SOP, a governance grid, a heat map. Those are not downloadable files, and that is the point of booking them.

The person in the room

Every module was designed and delivered by David Daoud, the person who will stand in your room.

22 years before AI training

Transformation and change programmes in tier-1 investment banking across Asia Pacific: HSBC, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole.

The HSBC mandate

One of the first AI ambassadors appointed for the region. Helped build the upskilling programme behind it, aligning more than 10,000 staff across 10 regulatory jurisdictions.

How a module ends

With an artefact your participants built in the room, on your own documents. Not a certificate, and not slides.

Most recent session

Instructor-led AI training for banking teams in Hong Kong, delivered in June 2026 at a French corporate and investment bank.

Three quick questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Your details on the download page, then the file.

Will I be emailed afterwards?

No. The list gets the guide, then a note when a live session is scheduled. Unsubscribe is in every message.

I would rather not fill a form.

Write to david.daoud@elearn2grow.com and the file comes back by email.

Is it about tools or about people?

About people. Tools change twice a year; the capability to absorb them is the slower problem, and it is the one the guide is about.

Next step

One 30-minute call is enough to say which module fits your room, and whether you need the assessment first. Past sessions are on the YouTube channel if you would rather judge the teaching before you book anything.
