Individual efficiency

Theme 1 · AI Efficiency & Daily Workflows

Before a team automates anything, every person in it has to know how to work with the machine. Theme 1 turns each participant into an augmented professional: no theory, no code, and every exercise run on the tasks they were meant to do that week.

9modules, three themes

2-3artefacts kept, per module

Who this theme is for

Book it if

  • Your team already uses AI tools and the output is inconsistent
  • Someone has to sign the result, so the method has to survive review
  • You want one process measurably better inside a quarter

Skip it if

  • You need a platform decision, a vendor shortlist or a licence negotiation
  • The gap is headcount, not method
  • The room expects a motivational talk about AI

1.1 · Functional AI & Advanced Prompting

Universal audience

What the room learns

  • Structure any request with RCTC: role, context, task, constraints
  • Build three reusable mega-prompts on your own real tasks
  • Contain hallucinations instead of hoping for better output
  • Keep banking confidentiality rules inside the workflow

How the session runs

  1. 1Calibration on what the model is actually good at
  2. 2Live prompt refactoring, on screen, on your wording
  3. 3Iterate until the output is a deliverable, not a draft
  4. 4Build your own mega-prompt
  5. 5Shared library debrief
What you leave with
  • Personal prompt library
  • Confidentiality checklist
  • Quality-assessment grid

1.2 · AI-Driven Research & Complex Document Synthesis

Analysts, legal, audit, relationship managers

What the room learns

  • Take a report over 100 pages and extract its decision structure
  • Produce a reliable executive brief in 20 minutes
  • Run a verification loop that is traceable to the source
  • Transpose the method to the documents on your desk

How the session runs

  1. 1What a decision-reader actually needs from a long document
  2. 2Live demonstration on a 100-page report
  3. 3Workshop on your own documents
  4. 4Cross-verification between participants
  5. 5Transposition to daily tasks
What you leave with
  • Five-step synthesis workflow
  • Executive-brief template
  • Anti-hallucination protocol

1.3 · Personal Productivity & Multi-Modal Co-Working

Universal audience

What the room learns

  • Automate minutes, emails and summaries
  • Build a first custom assistant, Custom GPT or Copilot
  • Combine voice, image and text in one flow
  • Decide what stays manual, and say why

How the session runs

  1. 1Mapping the week as it really goes
  2. 2A meeting turned into actionable minutes, live
  3. 3Assistant-building workshop
  4. 4Multi-modal flows
  5. 5Three commitments for Monday
What you leave with
  • A working custom assistant
  • Top-five automation priority list

What this theme becomes on your desk

The syllabus of these three modules comes from the catalogue and does not move. What moves is what the room works on: your incident log, your 100-page report, your dashboard, chosen with you on the 30-minute call. No client is named.

A corporate finance desk that rebuilds the same memo every deal

Modules 1.1 and 1.2. The room takes one closed deal and a 100-page data pack. What comes out is a synthesis workflow, a brief template and three mega-prompts written in the desk's own wording.

A client onboarding file that takes weeks to assemble

Modules 1.2 and 2.2. The chase becomes a documented pass: extraction workflow, checklist of what is missing, triage rule for the next file that lands.

Booking this theme

Option A

Standalone Workshop

The 3h20 workshop, interactive, 10 to 12 participants, on site, with use cases from your sector. Nothing to prepare beforehand.

Option B

Rapid Assessment + Customised Workshop

Two or three days with your processes first, then the workshop with every exercise built on your own documents and workflows.

Option C

Customised Workshop + Video LMS

Everything in option B, plus a 3 to 5 minute micro-learning capsule delivered into your LMS, so the method is still there when the next joiner arrives.

Every module is quoted on request. One 30-minute call, then a written number the same day, with the date held. Larger cohorts, multi-module programmes and Singapore deliveries included.

The person in the room

Every module was designed and delivered by David Daoud, the person who will stand in your room.

22 years before AI training

Transformation and change programmes in tier-1 investment banking across Asia Pacific: HSBC, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole.

The HSBC mandate

One of the first AI ambassadors appointed for the region. Helped build the upskilling programme behind it, aligning more than 10,000 staff across 10 regulatory jurisdictions.

How a module ends

With an artefact your participants built in the room, on your own documents. Not a certificate, and not slides.

Most recent session

Instructor-led AI training for banking teams in Hong Kong, delivered in June 2026 at a French corporate and investment bank.

Next step

One 30-minute call is enough to say which module fits your room, and whether you need the assessment first. Past sessions are on the YouTube channel if you would rather judge the teaching before you book anything.
