Team automation

Theme 2 · Data, Process & Agentic Automation

Theme 1 augments the person. Theme 2 upgrades the team. Participants move from AI helping me to AI running part of our workflow: data becomes a narrative, incidents close their own loop, and an agent pipeline carries a real process end to end.

Who this theme is for

Book it if

  • Your team already uses AI tools and the output is inconsistent
  • Someone has to sign the result, so the method has to survive review
  • You want one process measurably better inside a quarter

Skip it if

  • You need a platform decision, a vendor shortlist or a licence negotiation
  • The gap is headcount, not method
  • The room expects a motivational talk about AI

2.1 · Data Storytelling in the Age of Agentic AI

Reporting, controlling, client-facing analytics teams

What the room learns

  • Turn a dashboard into an executive narrative that triggers a decision
  • Declutter visuals without losing rigour
  • Hand the production of recurring visuals to an agent
  • Write the specification your developer needs

How the session runs

  1. 1Why so many dashboards drive no decision
  2. 2The Data Storytelling Canvas
  3. 3Dashboard redesign workshop on your own pack
  4. 4Live reporting-agent demonstration
  5. 5Redesign plan for the next cycle
What you leave with
  • Completed canvas on your case
  • Decision-narrative template
  • Reporting-agent specification

2.2 · Process Optimization & Closed-Loop Problem Solving

Operations, incident management, process owners

What the room learns

  • Extract failure patterns from your incident history
  • Run AI-assisted 5 Whys without steering the answer
  • Turn standard operating procedures into living documents
  • Set up automated triage with a human checkpoint

How the session runs

  1. 1The cost of reactive handling, in your own numbers
  2. 2Incident mining and clustering
  3. 3Root-cause workshop, ending in a corrected SOP
  4. 4Automated triage design
  5. 590-day roadmap
What you leave with
  • Root-cause analysis on a real case
  • A rewritten SOP
  • Triage-automation roadmap

2.3 · Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Workflow Simulation

Process owners, developers adjacent, innovation teams

What the room learns

  • Decompose a business process into agent roles
  • Simulate a multi-agent pipeline in a sandbox, with no code
  • Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints that survive audit
  • Choose the pilot use case that proves the method

How the session runs

  1. 1From chatbots to workflows
  2. 2Hermès running a real pipeline, live
  3. 3Sandbox simulation of your own process
  4. 4Governance, escalation, audit trail
  5. 5Pilot use-case selection
What you leave with
  • Multi-agent blueprint of your process
  • Pilot specification
  • Governance grid

What this theme becomes on your desk

The syllabus of these three modules comes from the catalogue and does not move. What moves is what the room works on: your incident log, your 100-page report, your dashboard, chosen with you on the 30-minute call. No client is named.

A monthly reporting pack nobody but one person can produce

Modules 2.1 and 2.3. We take the last real pack, cut it to the decision it has to trigger, then spec the reporting agent that rebuilds the visual part every month.

An incident queue that reopens the same three failures

Modules 2.2. Incident history is clustered in the room, the root cause is run with 5 Whys on a live case, and the SOP comes out rewritten and owned.

A client onboarding file that takes weeks to assemble

Modules 1.2 and 2.2. The chase becomes a documented pass: extraction workflow, checklist of what is missing, triage rule for the next file that lands.

Booking this theme

Option A

Standalone Workshop

The 3h20 workshop, interactive, 10 to 12 participants, on site, with use cases from your sector. Nothing to prepare beforehand.

Option B

Rapid Assessment + Customised Workshop

Two or three days with your processes first, then the workshop with every exercise built on your own documents and workflows.

Option C

Customised Workshop + Video LMS

Everything in option B, plus a 3 to 5 minute micro-learning capsule delivered into your LMS, so the method is still there when the next joiner arrives.

Every module is quoted on request. One 30-minute call, then a written number the same day, with the date held. Larger cohorts, multi-module programmes and Singapore deliveries included.

The person in the room

Every module was designed and delivered by David Daoud, the person who will stand in your room.

22 years before AI training

Transformation and change programmes in tier-1 investment banking across Asia Pacific: HSBC, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole.

The HSBC mandate

One of the first AI ambassadors appointed for the region. Helped build the upskilling programme behind it, aligning more than 10,000 staff across 10 regulatory jurisdictions.

How a module ends

With an artefact your participants built in the room, on your own documents. Not a certificate, and not slides.

Most recent session

Instructor-led AI training for banking teams in Hong Kong, delivered in June 2026 at a French corporate and investment bank.

Next step

One 30-minute call is enough to say which module fits your room, and whether you need the assessment first. Past sessions are on the YouTube channel if you would rather judge the teaching before you book anything.
